Well, where do I begin? I'm a 30 year old wife to a wonderful husband of 8 years and mother to two beautiful little girls, ages 6 and 7 1/2. I am a full time homemaker which is probably the most rewarding (and demanding) job I've ever had. I love what I do, as there is simply nothing better than watching your children grow up and being there for them every step of the way. I can truly say that theres not a day that goes by when my kids don't teach me something that I didn't already know. They're especially good at reminding me how important it is to stay young, even if only at heart. The way that they've taught me how to love is my absolute favorite lesson from them. Becoming a Mom has made me a better person in more ways than one. I love to laugh and make others laugh. My sense of humor, while sometimes off the wall and a little on the crude side is one of my greatest assets. I like to think that I'm good friend material. I'm a good listener and I don't mind lending a shoulder to cry on if and whenever necessarry. In general, my life has been anything but uneventful or ordinary. I've been though alot. More than most 50 years old have been, infact. I have quite a story to tell and I'm willing to share it with most anyone willing to listen. I'm a firm believer in and I live by the motto, "what doesn't kill you makes you stronger". I also like the phrase, "live and let live". I'm pretty open minded for the most part. I'll try almost anything at least once. I can be shy at 1st but once you get to know me, and/or whenever I become comfortable with my surroundings, I'm a social butterfly. I don't care for change too much, however I'm pretty versatile and I adjust well to most situations. Theres nothing that I despise more than a liar, a theif, or a cheat. I don't have a whole lot of patience for ignorance either. Otherwise I'm not real difficult to please. I don't get offended easily and I'm pretty sure that I've been asked just about every question in the book. I belive in God but don't go to church, which in my opinion does not make me a bad Christian. Truth is, I haven't quite found a church that I'm comfortable in yet. As soon as I find it, I'll go, and if I never do ~ that will be okay too. I like to believe that I don't need a church to get me through the pearly gates when my time here on earth expires. I'm not someone that you want to talk politics with, as I've never really been much good at debating that kinda thing. I can be opinionated at times, but I'm not one to sit around arguing a point until I'm blue in the face to convince someone to see things my way. Either we see eye to eye or we don't.. Everyone is entitled to their opinion and unless you insult mine, I will respect yours. While I do enjoy meeting new people and making new friends, I am NOT here looking to see how many people I can add to my friends list. My Space, in my opinion is not intended to be used as a popularity contest and if you send me a friend request without sending me a message stating why you want me to add you, I will most likely deny it.
