About Me

My name is Jasmine and I am 24 years old.
I am a teacher at a preschool, and I love my job, but teaching kids is the best form of birth control ever invented.
Shopping makes me happy and I'm really good at it. Especially when it comes to clothes and shoes.
I impress people with my ability to properly pronounce the names of fashion designers whose clothes I cannot afford to put in my closet at all.
I am a Christian and have a relationship with God, but I don't believe that I have to be a Bible-beating Holy roller in order to have a good relationship with Him.
I love to laugh and have a good time, so you will very rarely find me frowning or feeling down.
I only have one biological sibling, but claim a bunch of other people as brothers and sisters, so I just say that I'm one of eight children. I love all of them as if we shared DNA and hand me down t-shirts.
Music is always playing when I'm around, and you can tell what kind of mood I'm in by the music that I'm playing.
I love quotes from movies and music or interviews or funny sound bites because they say what I want to most of the time.
Purple is the best color and dolphins are the best animals ever in the history of time.
I am incapable of watching the scene in The Lion King where Mufasa dies. I cry everytime as if I've never seen it.
I know every word to the movies: Grease, Annie, Breakfast at Tiffany's, and Clue.
If I could get a hair transplant, I would want Gabrielle Union's. Either that or I would want her hairstylist to work on me pro bono for the rest of my life...seriously. Her hair is always on point.
My favorite holidays are: Fourth of July and Thanksgiving because those are the two holidays where I see most of my family from both sides of my family.
I love the scent of Jean Paul Gaultier Le Male, Versace Blue Jeans, or Issey Miyake Intense cologne on a man in a fresh tshirt, jeans and either fresh Tims or sneaks and a nice fitted hat.
I only recently (within the past six months) started wearing plaid and polka dots.
Malefocent (the villain from Sleeping Beauty) is my favorite Disney villain of all time.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Jesus. I mean, seriously. The guy did a lot for me in my life, I'd like to know what was going through His mind while I was living my life.
Cullen Jones. We're going to get married, he just doesn't know it yet.
Alvin Ailey. When I get to heaven, I want him to teach me how to dance.
Lil Wayne. I need to know why nobody insists that he take a look in the mirror and make him realize that he's on crack?
Sam Cooke. He is honey coated awesome and chocolate covered love on a stick, and I would be happy hearing him sing for the rest of eternity.
