Well, I guess I like alot of shit. I like classic cars and customs but have to admit I get a little sick of cars sometimes being a mechanic by trade. I am building a 63 Ford right now and slowly but surely the old bucket is coming to life. I play guitar and keyboard and am known to do some singing and songwriting from time to time.I lead a rock n roll band called the Handlers. We have just began playing shows and recording. I enjoy smokin weed and drinkin tall cans, but who doesn't, right? My favorite laws to break are reckless driving, breaking and entering, trespassing, open container, and petty theft. I like going to shows but really hate big concerts and events. I like nature and the outdoors. I like shooting, not hunting though, and I love me some fishing or camping time to time. I like riding my lowrider bike and my motorcycle around or just crusin and checkin out chicks. I enjoy drawing and like to draw my tattoos myself before I get em. I like tattoos alright but don't think they are as cool as every tattooed asshole thinks they are. I am the type of guy that can find interest in just about anything. I just hate letting time slip by with no stories or scars to show for it.

Well, where to begin...Ok, I started off listening to the blues playin' out my old mans' speakers. It was his bag and I dug it. Albert King, Muddy Waters, John Lee Hooker, Bo Diddley, Clapton, blah, blah, blah, the list goes on. As I grew older I was drawn like a fuckin magnet to punk rock. The music shaped me, taught me, and comforted me: Rancid, Stiff Little Fingers, The Ramones, The Business, The Clash, Swingin Utters, Bouncing Souls, Dead Kennedys, The Misfits, Op Ivy, Cocksparrer, shit I could go on all day. From there I got into ska and reggae music(as many people do): Desmond Dekker, Prince Buster, Marley, Toots, The Slackers, Stubborn All Stars, The Aggrolites, Sublime, and so on. Diggin on the sounds of the brass and the deep bass, I started exploring old jazz: Charlie, Billie, Dizzy, Monk, Miles, Mel, Louie, Benny, good ol Ray Charles...even some old ass cartoony dixieland shit. New shit like the Squirrel Nut Zippers and Miles Mosley (who yall should check out cuz the cat is amazing!) moves the fuck outta me too. Those smooth sounds led me into R&B: Marvin, Al, Temptations, James Brown, Smokey, Otis etc., etc. And somewhere along the way I picked up a liking for old country, rockabilly, bluegrass, and early rock n roll. Carl Perkins, Hank, Jerry Lee, Johnny Cash(probably my most cherished artist), and fuck, once again I could go on forever. Ya either get it or ya don't. It goes without saying that I got a broad taste in music. As long as it speaks to me and has soul it's probably spun around in my player a few times....It's rock and roll, man....ya either get it or ya don't...
Don't watch to many, but I like em if I see a good one. I dug the fuck out of Dawn of the Dead, The Shawshank Redemption, One Flew over the Kookoos Nest, Full Metal Jacket, City of God, and probably a bunch more. Can't think of them now though. Movies are best enjoyed on a rainy day cuddled up in bed with a good chick. Or if your stoned and broke hanging out with your stupid buddies. I tend to like the first idea though...
The t.v. is the one appliance in my house that I am tempted to destroy on a daily basis. I never quite get the guts to do it, though. I do like a couple shows. I mean come on, who doesn't like the Simpsons, or Married with Children, but fuck, if I ever have to watch American Idol or the goddamn crappy Fox 11 news again, I will fucking shoot myself. Maybe better to shoot the goddamn t.v? Either way, I think t.v. is a problem. It perpetuates laziness, ignorance, and fear. There is almost always something better to do. So get off your ass and go play outside, fat kid! Oh....but mexican tv(i.e channel 46 for those of you without cable) that shit is fanfuckingtastic!
uhhhh.....I wish I had more patience when it comes to reading. I've read a few books, my favorite being Catcher in the Rye. Bukouski really moves me too. What a sonuvabitch. I read the goddamn bible. What a kick, huh?....I read more factual publications...(i.e. "how to" books and manuals, articles and reports)...but they, although informative, are very boring usually. Reading more is something I want to work on because there is so much information and culture out there that I feel I am missing out on. Blah blah blah. And its a way better time killer that television anyday!
Thought I had some. But once you meet em you realize that they are people just like you or me. I do appreciate many peoples accomplishments though. I just think people ought to start being their own goddamn heros. Lead by example. You ought to be the baddest motherfucker you know.....you know?
