I'll fuck with your subconcious if I really don't like you. I people watch all day- studying how people react to even the tiniest elements. You won't even know what hit you. We might be talking about something totally normal, but in the back of your head you'll slowly feel worse and worse. Then you'll go home, and and it doesn't stop- like a poison. You won't know why, but for some reason, you'll be unhappy. That's me.
I can also use that ability to the advantage of my friends though. Sometimes helping friendships or relationships, or even the lack thereof. I can easily manipulate a situation between two people to change the outcome.
Basically, I'm a good friend to have, and a bad enemy to have.
I see shit for what it is, and accept it as it comes. I really do live a "shit happens" lifestyle, so I am rarely seen actually stressing about anything.
Most people think you should stay one step ahead of everything so that you can stop a problem before it comes- I think you should stay one step BEHIND everything, because the future can't be changed. It's going to come whether you like it or not, and you have to deal with it when it does.
In a sense I guess you could say I believe in fate, but that's not exactly it. I believe that attempting to alter the path your life takes is futile, because your life will end up going where it goes- it's just up to you to make the right decisions on the way.
Now you might say "Well Gabe, what about you helping your friends by manipulating a situation and affecting the outcome?". I do that not because I'm wanting to affect their future, but to help them because they are my friends.
I keep my friends closer than I keep my enemies because I have nothing to hide. If someone doesn't like me they can say whatever they want- If it's true, I will accept full responsibility for it. If it's not, then people will find out that they are lying and then THEY come out looking like an asshole.
