About Me

I'm not weird, I'm quirky and I love to laugh a lot. If life weren't quriky, then none of us would be interesting. I'm pretty happy with what I have now and have no real complaints.

I learned a long time ago that there's no sense getting all riled up every time a bunch of idiots give you a hard time. In the end, the universe tends to unfold as it should."
- I have no idea who said this, but I know it's from "Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle" - Not one of my top 10 movie picks.

I'm not looking to date anyone right now nor am I looking for a fling. I'm on MySpace because I want to keep in touch with friends and family. Also to get in touch with anyone from my past. But if you want to make a new friend, then you can add me. YAY!

My Interests

Roller coaters tickle me. Ask anyone who's ridden on a roller coaster with me. It's non-stop laughter. I like to go to the occasional club, party, or whatever tickles my insides.

I wake up to ESPN SportCenter every morning just to see what's going on in the world of sports. A lot of people think that's weird, but it's a ritual that I've been doing for a while...I actually love to watch live sports, but baseball is the best. You never know what's going to happen at a baseball game. My favorite teams are the Dodgers and the Angels.

Other than that I like to go to batting cages to hit baseballs for fun or to just get some stress out. It's a pretty good stress reliever.
Please don't think I'm tomboyish or that I'm a lesbian... I AM A STRAIGHT WOMAN WHO LIKES MEN ... I love to do girly stuff like shop (especially when I'm stressed out or I need a reliever)...I love getting my manicures and pedicures. I like to keep myself looking good.
I also love going to rock concerts...The best one I've been to is U2 in April of 2005...That was THE BEST SHOW...I've been to Green Day, System of a Down, Blink 182, and some of the KROQ concerts.

I'd like to meet:

I would like to meet everyone that lives on Planet Earth. I would start with one half of Earth and go through the other half. When I'm done, I'm going to dominate the world!!! Then dominate the universe!!! Then all hell will break loose!!! (mmmmuuuaaahhhh! - this is an evil laugh by the way)...That's my dream anyway...

I just want to make new friends and keep in touch with the ones I currently have and I like to keep up to date with my family that I don't see that often...
Take a look at my pics...They're for your viewing enjoyment.

Music:

Anything on KROQ and 91X San Diego. Basically I like all punk rock and alternative music. I like other types too. Even some country (GASP!!!). They tell sad stories.

Here are some music people I dig:
The Bucky Burro Band (My Dad's music), Rick Novak (my dad!!!), Green Day, Blink 182, U2, Avenge Sevenfold, Nine Inch Nails, System of a Down, Rise Against, The Donnas, Republica, Veruca Salt, The Killers, The Muse, Modest Mouse, Arcade Fire, Jimi Hendrix, The Beatles, Black Eyed Peas, Missy Elliott, Local H, Flaming Lips, The Ramones, PUSA, Korn, Box Car Racer, Taking Back Sunday, Korn, The Cure, Depeche Mode, Slipknot, The Ramones, Sex Pistols, Sucicidal Tendencies, the 5 6 7 8s, NoFX, Franz Ferdinand, Angels and Airwaves, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Hole, Courtney Love, Smashing Pumkins, Red Hot Chili Peppers...If you don't get what kind of music I like at this point then there is no pleasing you.

Movies:

Comedies and dramas. That's pretty much what I stick to...

For example:

All the Star Wars Movies and the Godfather Trilogy, Notting Hill and Amile, Van Wilder, Animal House, All of Kevin Smith's movies (Dogma, Chasing Amy, Mallrats, Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, Clerks, etc), Swingers (a classic indie film), American History X, ALMOST everything Adam Sandler does and some others.

Television:

Friends, Sex and the City and Grey's Anatomy. I watch a lot of FUSE TV too...they have great music videos for rock...

Cartoon Network: Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, Ed Edd and Eddy, Adult Swim (Family Guy, American Dad and Futurama), Codename: Kids Next Door, Dexter's Laboratory, PowerPuff Girls.

Books:

I liked the DaVinci Code book but REALLY hated the movie...I'm starting to read all the Harry Potter books...Smut mags are sometimes good reading

Heroes:

I really don't believe in heroes because I think that everyone who comes into my life influences me in one way or another. As I go on in my life I take a little piece of each person I meet. So far no one significant has really touched me to make me think that they're my hero.
