Kali-These Filipino martial arts place heavy emphasis on the use of weapons (single, double sticks, stick & dagger, dagger, staff, flexible weapons, etc.) as well as empty hands. The attributes of sensitivity, awareness, contact reflexes, footwork, coordination and many more are developed to a very high degree with this art. Silat- Mande Muda Pencak Silat is an Indonesian art comprising 24 different styles of Silat.
