i work in the emergency medical field as a flight nurse, ED nurse, and paramedic. i love my work, which should be apparent by how packed my schedule is. i'll never give up ground medic work...that's where my roots are and i still love being on the first truck out. i'm a PA State Certified volunteer firefighter and rescue technician as well. when i'm not working i try to stay home, which is hard for me. i have 2 fantastic Beagles; Rosalie is my oldest, and Samuel is my baby boy. Hannah is the newcomer...she's a black tiger kitten. i'm married to a wonderful man, Matt, and we have a cute home that we're attempting to make over. all things considered, life is GOOD.

the Fire Department of New York, my parents, numerous professionals at my 3 jobs and my fire department. Special thanks to the firefighters all over the state who get out of bed at 3am to set up our LZs...you guys are the best, and we appreciate everything you do to keep us safe.
