About Me

Friends and family are both very important to me. That's why I personally know, or am related to, everyone on my "friends" list. How many of you can say that?? I like meeting new people and having a good time doing it. I'll probably be mayor of a small town somewhere in America someday. Right now, I'll settle for the BEST job in the world, being a radio DJ. It's the closest thing to being a rock star. Plus, I'm semi-famous (locally, anyway). And I can't really say anything BAD about meeting some of my rock idols and getting all the free concert tickets that I want. My baby girl is growing up so fast!! By the way, it's almost time for the Detroit Tigers to begin their run to the World Series, Go Tigs!!..

Of course I love Classic Rock, I listen to it all the time on the new classic rock station, 101.5 The River, or .. at classicrock1015theriver.com, and you should, too. My alltime favorites include: The Eagles and Guns 'n Roses.

Movies:

All-time favorite=The Highlander (only the first one), also like any comedy or sci-fi / horror movie.

Television:

All right, I'll admit it, I watch Guiding Light every day. I'm also hooked on and will watch any reality show. Favorite reality show=Survivor. I will also watch any sport on T.V. that involves a ball. I like PTI a lot. Around the Horn is pretty cool.

Books:

I'll read anything that is political, historical or autobiographical.

Heroes:

My mom is, of course, my hero. She has shown amazing courage and spirit during times in her life when most people would've folded. She has what I like to call a "quiet courage".
