It always held a magical appeal to me. I was broke and I would drive around the hills for hours looking at every house with such awe and respect. I found an isolated patch of dirt which had an amazing jet-liner view of the city. That is were I spent New Years Eve of the Millennium. I sat there alone with my eyes wide open studying the magic of the city lights that glowed below me. One year later, I was on my feet and I took out a loan to buy some land in the Hills and build my house from scratch.
