Here is music by musician/songwriter David Thibodeau, written for an independent film called "E.O.M." Which is currently in post production....David became involved recently with local indi film writer/producers Nita & Greg Dunn through a mutual friend. Dave soon found himself playing a small part in the film -- a necktie wearing bill collector by day, and rocker by night. Upon discovering that Dave actually was a musician/songwriter in real life, the producers approached him to compose an original song based on one of the characters in the film. It was important that the tune fit the mood of the character in the story line. "Man of My Caliber" is the result -- a rock/rap hybrid. In addition to this original work, a cover of the Beatles’ "In My Life" was required for two montage scenes; Dave presented a harder rocked out mix, and a softer acoustic version of the song, both which accent fresh nuances of the Beatles love song....As a result of posting "man of My Caliber" on Myspace the track got picked up by Illumina Records and put on the Providence Rockers For Life 2007 compillation cd. 50,000 were made as a part of the promotional Ground Control campaign for the prevention of drunk driving... David has had very positive feedback about the song and thanks all the people who stop by his page to leave comments of intrest in his music and compliments....All the music is sung and performed by David Thibodeau. Live drums played by George Moomjian. Recording and production done by Stan Hunting. David is looking to network for writing and collaborating on music, bands, auditions, recording, solo artists, film, licensing, commercials etc...
