About Me

Quiet, thoughtful, open-minded, fun-loving, existential, hard working, hard partying, to throw a few adjectives out there. I spend most of my days in front of this glowing box of infinite and useless wisdom. I'm content with silence. I drink shitty beer and bourbon and make an ass of myself, it's fun. Im the guy you know you've seen before, but dont remember where. I'm the most optimistic realist you'll meet.

My Interests

Music (see below), my motorcycle (Nighthawk 750, see pics), the internet, iPod, torrents, beer, bourbon, the occasional book, interactive design, randomness, people-watching

I'd like to meet:

Anyone that knows how to have a good time, is open minded, interesting, willing to push the envelope, and embraces all things random.

Trey Parker, Maynard Keenan, Danny Carey, Mr. Mojo Risin, God(i have a few bones to pick with that guy), John Lennon

Music:

First and foremost: Tool

Other favorites:Radiohead The Beatles Pink Floyd Modest Mouse The Doors Flaming Lips Bob Dylan Neil Young John Lennon George Harrison Dios Malos The Beta Band The Black Keys Built to Spill

among many many others...

Movies:

i'm not a huge fan of going to the theaters but i do enjoy movies. i usually spend the majority of my Sundays on the couch watching movies cursing myself for drinking entirely too much the night before. I have a strange fascination with really shitty action movies, dunno why. I think their abhorrent splendor catches my interest, how they can be completely terrible and yet leave me wanting more all at the same time.

Some of my preferred movies:

The Big Lebowski Lock, Stock, and 2 Smoking Barrels Boogie Nights South Park Orgazmo Nightmare Before Christmas Zoolander The Die Hard Trilogy

Television:

I've almost completely waned myself off tv all together, the only things i occasionally watch are: South Park, Entorage, Big Love, and Penn & Teller's BULLSHIT. If those aren't on i go directly to the History or Discovery channels.

Books:

Now that i sit on the train everyday and dont watch much tv, i actually have time to read, here's what i've read in recent times:

Breakfast of Champions - Vonnegut The Sirens of Titan - Vonnegut Cats Cradle - Kurt Vonnegut Slaughterhouse Five - Kurt Vonnegut 2012: The Return of Quetzalcoatl - Daniel Pinchbeck Choke - Chuck Palahniuk On The Road - Jack Kerouac 1984 - George Orwell Brave New World - Aldous Huxley Catcher in the Rye - JD Salinger
