WSM (pronounced Dub. S. M.) standing for Wikid Style Music, is the collaboration of three skilled emcees: Indy Evans , J.J.and J-Roc. Friends since the early 90's, WSM grew up in Evansville, Indiana. They lived in a mixed race, low income neighborhood which exposed them to violence, gang activity, drugs and hard times. They often hung out around the corner of Iowa and Fifth street, which is where some of their first music memories took place. Music was a way for them to release emotions and feel positive energy. At that time Hip Hop played a part in the lives of everyone they knew. WSM originally stood for West Side Mafia, but after time, felt that it was un-fit for who they were. They had Wikid flows with un-parallel Style...Music to the ears! Hence, Wikid Style Music. It's been a long time coming for this trio to be able to truly introduce their selves an show their diversity, skill, realness and wikid styles... enjoy whats next to come!! (WSM would like to dedicate their music and this page to friends and family lost, as well as all the true peeps that have been reppin' WSM for many years...we love yall!!) ..
