I came to NYC when I was 27, legally. Check out my pictures for the evidence. Some people say I am the greatest clarinetist to ever "shpil". Who am I to disagree? Sure call me a "shiker" and yeah, I would never turn down a "gezunteh moid". Maybe I did, at one time, hang out with some "no-good-niks" and I would go over the top by playing with a neon sign around my neck while wearing an Uncle Sam suit. But the people loved it and listen, the "C" clarinet and I never had a problem with each other. And let me tell you one more thing, if I was around today, I wouldn't lack for work. Gai gezunterhait!
