I love going to church (Word of Faith in Southfield, MI)....If I could be at church everyday, I would. I love to go to different church functions and events...I just love serving God.
I also love to read, spend time with my students, goof around on the computer and Dance! Salsa, tango, bachata...are a few of my favorite things.I try to dance at least a couple times a month. I need to practice more though.p.s. I take quite an unhealthy joy in finding out all sorts of weird information. Especially bits about Roman plumbing of old and Tolkien and his work :-)
I'd like to meet:
I'd love to meet Moses, Paul, and John (one day in Heaven; hopefully Tolkien's there as well) I'd also like to meet Maya Angelou, Oprah Winfrey, Creflo Dollar, Arundhati Roy, Billy Graham, Roger Federer (he's a genis..tennis-wise), Nadal, Agassi, Jude Law, and people that don't take themselves too seriously. I love finding out about new information, so intelligent folk is high on my list. Above and beyond anyone else, I'd love to meet, face to face, God...I'm definitely looking forward to what's going to be the most breathtaking day of my life!

Gospel, Christian Contemporary, Country, Old school hip hop and R & B, Rock, Classical...if it sounds good and has great, non vulgar lyrics, I'm for it.
Movies:
LOTR Trilogy, Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, Kill Bill 1 & 2, Fight Club, Amelie, independent films, foreign films (particulary kung fu movies)
, japanese anime, Alfred Hitchcock movies....the list can go on and on and on....
Television:
Don't watch that much T.V., but when I'm not doing anything else I'll watch the History Channel, PBS, Jeopardy, ANTM, Girlfriends....I'm sorry that sounds really dull. Alas, it's the truth :-0

Books:
I love God's Word! It's Truth keeps me sane. My favorite books in addition are Arundhati Roy's 'God of Small Things' (read it, it's exceptionally well written), The Hobbit, The Chronicles of Narnia, Neil Gaiman's 'Coraline' and 'Smoke and Mirrors', the Left Behind series, and pretty much anything that has to do with Lord of the Rings...I also love Science Fiction and Fantasy, Short Fiction, and Thrillers. I LOVE books!
Heroes:
God the Father, God Jesus Christ and God the Holy Spirit, my mother, my grandmother; I've got a wonderful family filled with strong women so I've got plenty of heroes and great examples.
