My earliest sensation was a nebulous recollection of my cold black grave. After getting over the shock of becoming undead, I realize what I miss most is the steady rhythmic beating of a heart. With shadows of my dark past far behind, my thirst to fill the void of that inner symphony weighs heavy on my mind.
In the daylight hours, hidden in my dark cave, before the sleep of death over takes me, I miss it most. The silence drove me to the razor sharp edge of insanity.
For a millennium I crept through dining halls, alleys & the cabaret. Lurking the night scene of the newest age; experiencing the thrum, thrash and electricity of ROCK N’ ROLL was the only beat able to satiate my emptiness. Yet, a momentary fix at best.
The day came when I did find an antidote for my hollow void. Distorted vibrations of a six string axe instantly filling my veins sated the desire. Taking me places beyond reality, my guitar is the one thing I can never part with.
Then came XNO (Zee-No). I no longer thirst for a place of belonging, an out cast with no place to go. It is in this group of Southern California’s elite musicians where my inner thoughts rise from within like steam from the wounded neck of the body that lay before me on a cold dark night.
