Brad Clouatre, aka "Dirty Bird" was born and raised in
Houma, Louisiana. Bird grew up in and around music since the third grade. In 1987 he joined the school band as a percussionist. It didn’t take long to realize that he had a knack for music in general. By 1991, he found himself writing his own music. This went on for a few years singing and rapping for his friends. Because of the good feedback, Bird decided to take his music to the next level. In 1997, he was introduced to the "Studio", and found himself spending more and more time there experimenting with his vocals. This was really an "Icebreaker" for Bird. As he learned to control his voice, he was able to deliver his songs in a way that was not being done already. Over the next few years, Bird gained consistency and was able to strengthen his voice. He then hooked up with a local Record Company, only to begin his journey. Dirty Bird successfully completed his first album, but due to a lack of promotion, it only moved a few hundred units. Unhappy with these results, Bird decided to start his own label (Boot Up Records). Since then, Bird has produced two albums that are continuously selling. He's featured on numerous albums for other artists and labels. Bird has performed in local clubs throughout Louisiana and Mississippi, he's written and produced commercials for other businesses that have been played on different radio stations and he's written songs that have been broadcasted on "Pay-Per-View" during "UFC" fights. Dirty Bird has successfully built a strong and recognizable record label that continues to move forward.....................................................
