STephen Steinbrink, or French Quarter, or whatever, is song oriented performance project by Stephen Steinbrink. He was born in Phoenix, Arizona sometime in the late 1980's. Since 2004, Stephen has recorded and sold out of 8 DIY releases (sometimes with no music on the tapes or cd's) and has toured extensively in the United States of America. His latest record "FRENCH QUARTER" was released in 2008 by Tempe, AZ's premier punk label GILGONGO RECORDS and received thunderous critical acclaim. After losing $10,000 due to a business deal gone sour (which is rumored to involve illegal dog fighting in Park City, KS and transportation of undocumented and possibly stolen computer parts into Canada) Steinbrink had a nervous breakdown and moved to Tucson, AZ where he is currently hiding out for a while.
