I'm from Texas but have moved away a couple of time just to see if I wanted to move back. I went to Texas A&M for undergrad and have a degree in Floriculture. And now you ask what is floriculture? - greenhouse design, maintance, floral design......plants in general. I have a small business in Austin doing floral design for events and the occasional birthday! Business is getting crazy but not enough yet to quit my real job. Oh yeah I do have a job that pays the bills too. I'm Chief of Staff for a state representative which means I work on legislation, case work and manage three offices. I just bought my first house - so I guess that means I'm staying here for a while. I love Austin and couldn't imagine a cooler place to live.
