The band was formed back in 1998 under another name to play a Benefit concert at Toads Place in New Haven CT. Nobody involved really had thought about playing out and about after that specific show but the adrenaline was in the blood.More gigs came and more music was written and the members at the time were in the studio recording their CD.Things happen as they always do (fellow musicians know what we're talking about) and some members had to be let go and new ones found.The band kept it together until they could find a group who could stick with it and had the desire to accomplish something bigger than each one of them alone.They had been beaten down like a Red-Headed Stepchild (hence the name change) and they weren't about to give up.The band has now completed their first full-length CD ($10.00), available at shows and through www.redheadedstepchildband.com.For an experience you won't soon forget check em' out Live!!!!As always, thanks for your support!!
