Band Members: Conleth Kavanagh (Drums) Stuart Doyle (Guitar & vocals) Aine de Siun (Vocals & guitar) Maurice Ferriter (Vocals & keys) Donnchadh Mac Aogain (Bass)
Influences: Breakbeats and backstreets with warm tones to shelter from the cold outside. Born of a love for Brel, southern delta harmonies, long summer days and longer festival nights. Collaborations beyond compare in a world where you have to pay for the air in your tyres. Homeless but smiling nonetheless. Music will always save us, it can never be our downfall.
Sounds Like: "A deft touch with quality melodies"
Tom Dunne, Today FM.
"A lovely album of laid back, loungey tracks... warm and hugely accessible"
Sunday Tribune.
"Very impressive debut, an impressive roll-call of home-grown musicans on this clever blend of electronica/acoustica"
Hot Press.
" A firm favourite on Irish Radio"
The Star.
"Mocrac is similar in many regards to the like of Tricky in that he uses different artists on different songs to achieve the desired effect. His ability to mix smooth French soul, German future lounge and Bristol beats makes this a uniquely accessible composition."
