I'm an artist, I'm a storyteller. The canvas' I use are writing, acting, filmmaking, and music, and they all fuel each other. I've performed on stage, TV, and film, and have written many scripts for all of those mediums, including the award winning screenplay, "Mood Indigo." I've also been a Teaching Artist for the past 16 years, empowering and inspiring students grades K-12 to find their own voice by understanding and creating theater, film, and music. Having been born of Jamaican parents, I'm a proud Jamerican. I was physically born in Connecticut, spiritually born in Jamaica, artistically born while at college in Boston (B.U., baby!) and then reborn in Brooklyn (the borough that's thorough) where I lived for 14 years. Presently resting my head on the West coast, breaking new ground while enjoying the L.A. sun.
