Within his life, David was able to accomplish most of everything he had imagined, hoped and wished for. David’s days were never numbered but valued. You’d ask him and he’d say, “I CAME, I SAW, I CONQUERED†to any aspect of his life.
As his wife, and to all of you that loved and knew David as I did, with his death, I state that it is only fitting to not JUST remember him but never forget David.
Never forget his bravery, courage and commitment to his last valued hour.
Never forget what he sacrificed so that we may have a better life.
Never forget that what he died doing, he loved.
Never forget that he was a Hero before he died.
David lives in all that will continue his admiration for life.
And to my family; my brothers, I ask that you carry on with the mission, in full pride, respect and loyalty as David did. You all became Heroes the day you enlisted and for that I will always have respect for the UNIFORM & BADGE he wore so well.
