About Me

f I am the middle child and only girl to two talented brothers. Growing up, our mother partied all night, slept all day, leaving us kids to fend for ourselves....a childhood--What is that? Then and Today, we still have no mother. I followed in her footsteps and gave birth to my son when I was barely 15 years old--But I vowed to that baby boy that I would give him what we never had--a "childhood" and a place to call "home". He made me a grandma in 2007. Today, I am a 32yo single mother with a 17yo son as well as a grandmother and proud auntie. I am a homeowner of over 13 years and work my tail off for everything I have. I took the step of starting college in 2002 and transferred to The College of St Catherine in 2007 as I was accepted into their RN program. I will graduate, along with my son from High School, in 2010 with my RN degree-Finally! Ive worked very hard to achieve ALL of my goals. Life is a beautiful thing and I refuse to take it for granted.
