Street Knowledge COO/Co-Founder PMoor tapped into his multimedia aspirations at an early age. Initially the art of writing stood out and proved to be his greatest strength. His pursuits of this art lead him to the collegiate level, where he majored in English and minored in Journalism at Brooklyn College. It was here that he would be exposed to broadcast journalism, allowing him to envision the multidimensional possibilities of reporting. While immersed in his studies, opportunity came knocking and PMoor anxiously answered. He was offered an entry level journalist position at a local upstart Hip Hop periodical. In due time his writing grind coupled with his strong networking skills propelled him from writer to assistant editor, until ultimately he landed the position of Editor-In-Chief. His electrifying interviews and his poignant writing style attracted praise and acclaim from readers and peers alike, until he was eventually submitting work to other publications, such as The Source magazine.
In addition to his journalistic endeavors, PMoor ventured in front of the camera in the summer of 2004 and began hosting Street Knowledge TV, which aired exclusively on Brooklyn Cable Access. At the time of his arrival, Street Knowledge TV, powered by Majesty, a childhood friend of PMoor?s, was already the #1 show on the entire channel!! With access to several hundred thousand viewers, PMoor brought his captivating interviewing style to a viewing audience.
Whether its covering red carpet events, or parting the velvet ropes and bringing viewers behind-the-scenes to the most exclusive venues, Street Knowledge TV has been on the job, cataloguing and chronicling history as it happens. Sharing co-production credits, Paul is also familiarizing himself with the magic that is done behind-the-camera. Currently preparing the first edition of their DVD Series, and embracing the evolution of the desktop which will ultimately turn the computer into the modern age TV, Street Knowledge TV is poised to invade living rooms and mobile devices globally by the first quarter of ?07.
To date Paul has interviewed an array of artists/entertainers ranging from Kanye West, Nas, Chuck D, Lawrence Fishburne, to Kermit the Frog, yeah Kermit the Frog!
?With the combined talents of not only me and Majesty, but the consistent contribution of an array of a cast of talented characters attracted to not only our work ethic but our outstanding product, Street Knowledge TV is positioned to become the biggest breakout story of the new millenium.
