I'm Samantha, I'm 21...I'm just trying to scrape by.
I enjoy photography, painting (mostly watercolors), drawing, and graphic design. Anything that is a creative form of self-expression, I'm pretty much there.
It is, however, a bit of a paradox that I have an anxiety dissorder yet I love to perform theater and music.
I love pretty much every aspect of music (well, except for theory because it makes my brain goBOOM). I sing every chance I get, I play viola, I'm learning guitar, and go to see bands every time I get the chance. It's a little less often than it used to be, but I still love the scene. I went to Warped last summer with my best friend and got to see (among many bands)Alkaline Trio, Anti Flag, NOFX, Ima Robot, Flogging Molly, The Sounds and Thursday. I've also seen Vendetta Red and The Ataris, Ash and The Bravery, The Donnas and The Von Bondies, Hot Hot Heat and Lois XIV, Crosstide, Say Hi To Your Mom, Nada Surf, Spoon, We Are Scientists, The Decemberists, Beck, Queens of the Stone Age, Death Cab For Cutie, Anatomy of a Ghost (now defunct), and lots of other bands that seem to be myspace favorites. As you might be able to tell I'm in to the Punk/indie scene and have an extreme liking for Emo (because it is what I am), Femme boys in tight pants, and square black rimmed glasses.
