Born in Los Angeles and taken to Spokane, Washington at an early age Trippa-Tak, also Known as Tripp, Trippa, or T-rippa is now based in the Eugene, Salem, Portland, Oregon area performing and promoting Hip-Hop in the North West with some the best MC’s in the area. He is currently working on a new album project, since his first solo album, tenatively titled "Closed Mouth Dont Get Fed." On this highly anticipated 15 track album Tripp tells of his experiences, struggles and beliefs from the first hand perspective of a young man with a hard past who has lived a great deal in his few years and is determined to take his talent and family as far as possible. Tripp’s testimony of a life in which things are rarely what they seem, and where you get nothing by sitting and waiting for it to come is as real as it gets. The next album is predicted to be one packed with crisp grooves to get down to and introspective displays of real lyricism from within the mind of a born entertainer. His sound is fresh and his style is original and undeniable. Overall Tripp has a long road a bright future ahead, and surely much more great music to come.
