Personal Vindicta was founded in 2002 by Tobias Weinmann. At this time the project name was "Shockwave". The music went more and more demanding and the name was changed into PERSONAL VINDICTA. To release his first CD Tobi founded the label "Frequenzwelten Records" in the summer of 2005.
