MyGen Profile GeneratorJune 2004 The official start of Dear moM! Searching for the right balance and sound, we decided to search for an extra guitar player. Making Music is not only a matter of playing together, but chemistry between musician is even more important. After a couple of auditions at the beginning of 2006, Willem came on board. Erik completed Dear moMs line - up one month later. Immediately we started to write new songs. In June 2006 we recorded “Layette” and “This dream of escape”. A demo was made! In August we released for promo use only a live CD with 7 tracks. August 2007 Dear moM is back in the studio to record our first official Album “Mumm”. Release januari 2008! Of course we are already thinking about our second album! Gigs : we played about 50+ times over the last four years, in clubs and we joined several festivals. In April '09 Willem decided to leave the band, since he could not balance his personal vs.-band live. Thus, we are looking for a replacement for him. We expect to be fully lined up soon again.
