MySpace BackgroundsI am a Stay-at-home Dad. Home Papa sounds good. Life is very busy and I wonder how families that have two working parents do it. My wife and I are the Children's Ministers at our church, we teach Sunday School and I assist the Pastor. I am currently attending Liberty University to earn a degree in Psychology. I would like to work in Social Work or Counseling one day when I grow up!We have 4 children. Julia is now 7, Ethan is 4 Calen 23 mos old and our newest is Logan and he is 7 monsth old.I am not too concerned about the presidency this year. I call it the three stooges. They all have some qualities that are good, but none are ideal. But then again, the President can only do what the House and Senate allow them to do... so have at it!There are over 300,00 churches in America. If only ONE family in every three churches would adopt a child, the 100,000 children that are available would have a home. That is good news - but sad that that few people are willing to reach out to the fatherless - something very near and dear to God's heart. Think about. It is worth it.I am not concerned about gas or food prices... Our kids at church wear a shirt that says, "I am Royalty... My Daddy is the King!" So if this is true, I have no worries. Bread can go to $10 a loaf - I know the bakery owner.I have lost over 30lbs in the last couple of year and would like to lose another 30. In the less than two years I have been here, I have finished our basement, complete with a play area, bedroom and full bath. I enclosed our back yard with a 6 foot privacy fence (1/2 acre), replaced the kitchen and dining room floor. Decorated the the little bedroom twice now, Julia's room twice now, Our old bedroom, now Ethan's twice. The bath room remodeled and decorate twice, it is now Monkeys!!! Oh yeah added Central Air and Central Vac. So I have little sympathy for people with one child who say life it too busy to get anything done. Just do it!
