About Me

I am a small town girl who grew up in Mt. Vernon, Texas. I am currently finishing up vet school at Texas A&M and I graduate in May. Finally!! I plan on working in small animal practice somewhere in NE Texas so I can be closer to family and friends. I have a very loving and devoted, pretty much AWESOME husband named Jason and two precious pups, Scrubs & Lilly. We also have a very independent cat named Pickle. I love hanging with friends and family, especially the Lucky Lu's. I LOVE traveling, going to the movies, eating delicious food, drinking a little beer, and spending time in the sun. I like all types of movies. A Few of my Favs: What About Bob? Cider House Rules, Napoleon Dynamite, Good Will Hunting, Million Dollar Baby, Dumb & Dumber, Crash.

Television:

I LOVE Dr. Phil and Oprah. I'm also a faithful Biggest Loser fan! And I don't want to forget Gray's Anatomy and Desperate Housewives...Thank goodness I have DVR!

Books:

My favs are: She's come undone, Ya Ya's, anything Steinbeck, To Kill a Mockingbird, Are you there God it's me Margaret, James Frey...Still, and all of James Harriot! I also love reading financial advice books...Suze Orman, Jean Chatzsky, etc.
