Get Your Own! | View SlideshowStixman started his career working in Reggae sound system, after working with a couple of sounds Stixman had the opportunity to work with a close friend in a band called Solid foundation and 4real band, playing reggae music.It wasn't until 1993 that Stixman exploded onto Drum 'n' Bass and Hardcore circuit, with his first performance at Dance Planet at the Cornwall Coliseum where he took the mic and performed in front of crowd of 5,000. Stixman is one of those few MC's who voice sounds good to Drum 'n' Bass and Hardcore.In December 1994 he took some well earned time put to concentrate on a new Christmas single with Pato Banton. Stixman wrote lyrics for the hit 'Silent night' which also featured Stixman as the front man on a special video shoot which was later screened on BBC2 over the festive season.In May 1995, Stixman became a radio presenter, and became the resident MC on Radio XL's 'Roll The Beats' This style of presenting was to be continued when he presented the Eternity Awards, which was televised on MTV and was dubbed the hardcore event of the year.Being such a versatile MC, Stixman has been privileged to perform with a wide range of top names in the Drum 'n' bass scene
