Band Members: me, myself, n I!
Influences: Biography/Early in life, at the age of 4, Gina began singing and dancing.
Demonstrating exceptional talent, she was selected to perform on
the TV show "Star Search". At such a young age , Gina was both a
natural performer and extremely driven to be successful in the
entertainment world. To her managers , it was clear that this child
would become a superstar.
Gina was a vocalist in the girl group "Bella Donna." They performed
concerts at the national "Miss Hawaiian Tropics" in Atlantic City,
and the famous "Hard Rock Cafe" in Las Vegas. Bella Donna was
recognized by Michael Blakely and soon after was signed by major
label, Virgin Records. Although Gina's participation with the band
received a great response, it was not the idea of stardom Gina had
longed for. She then joined the all girl band "Full Blown Rose", where she learned to play rhythm guitar.
Gina has worked with numerous entertainment icons throughout
her career development. The top of the list includes: Narada
Michael Waldon (Vision of Love /Mariah Carey), Bob Ezrin
(Pink Floyd/The Wall) , Seven and the Sun (W3K) and Lonnie Jordan (Lead Singer of "War" .)
The contrasting variety of mentors opened her up to become versatile in both ends of the Top 40 music world.
Gina captivates her audience and holds no prisoners when she
combines singing and dancing. She has been a principal dancer
with training for over 20 years. Gina is an expert in all genres of
dance, from classical ballet to street hip-hop. She has danced on
world-renowned theatrical stages as well as top television networks.
Gina was a dancer on the hit show "The Wade Robson Project " on
MTV. She also danced in th e world famous music video "Me Against
the Music" with legends Britney Spears and Madonna. Recognizing
her strong talent, the show "Fame" selected her to be a spoiler for the
auditioned finalists. Choreographer Jordan Perry says, "When her
body is in movement and her voice is heard it does something to you.
Gina is a star." Gina is ready to entertain the world with her debut
solo album.
Gina was selective in her approach to educate herself during the
process of developing as a solo artist. It was imperative that her
debut solo album would be exactly as she intended it to be. After
working with various producers, writing her own music, and
exploring different styles, she had a concise idea of what she wanted
to do as a solo artist. Victoria Shubayeva , program director at Jaxum
Records, recognized Gina's talent and introduced her to record
executive/ producer Eric Cui. Her experience, talent, education, and
drive are what lead Shubayeva and Cui to work together on this
project. She has since moved audiences all over the east coast. She is a hometown favorite and people truly appreciate her music. "She is a writer at
heart, a natural performer, and her songs touch our hearts." says Victoria Shubayeva. Since her journey has sprung as a
solo artist, Gina has performed at premier venues throughout the east
coast. She was also the opening act for ABC's nationally televised
Welcome America Festival featuring Elton John. "Gina's music is
popular to all people and all atmospheres.....She is a headliner.
She draws a huge crowd and every body loves her music." says
Chrome Nightclub owner.
Gina's style is sexy, straight forward, fun, and sensual. She is
intelligent and has star personality. She is a not just a singer,
but also a great writer of lyrics and melody. She combines multiple
styles to make her a top competitor in the Top 40 charts. Gina is a
timeless artist; she is bound to be a classic chapter of music history.
