I'd like to meet:
My bachelors degree!
I've made mistakes in my life.
I've let people take advantage of me, and I accepted way less than I deserve.
But, I've learned from my bad choices
and even though there are some things I can never get back,
and people who will never be sorry,
I'll know better next time and I won't settle for anything less that I deserve.
My dad. He is the strongest man I know. I could never imagine knowing when my life will be over and continue being happy and bringing joy into people's lives anyway. His spirits are never down, and he doesn't get angry with things...he just lets them be, because he now knows life is going to happen whether you want it to or not.
