About Me

This layout was handmade with love by the folks at My space or yours? Go get one!
i need more sleep. always. no i matter how much i get. i get cranky if i don't run at least 20 miles a week. i just love life and totally dig discovering every day what this machine called my body is capable of doing.

i ran my first half marathon January 13th, 2008. i stuck with my pacer (thanks, Tom!) for the first nine miles and then went on to beat my goal finish time by 1 minute and 3 seconds! i will start training for a full marathon (26.2 miles) in July 2008. i am one member of a 12 man team that relayed 200 miles across the state of Arizona February 29 - March 1, 2008 (yep, we ran through the night). we are the MILE HIGH (RUNNING) CLUB. we train at an elevation of 5,600 feet (most) every day!
i cleanse my organs regularly. it's a good thing. countries i've stepped foot into in the last year or two include: costa rica, mexico, uk, germany, austria, italy and belize. i don't give up vacation days for just anybody. i travel, therefore, i work. i wish to reach a new level of transparency and unabashed honesty. i am a liar. so are you. and that's the truth. so stick that in your juice box and suck on it ;)

You are The Star

Hope, expectation, Bright promises.

The Star is one of the great cards of faith, dreams realised

The Star is a card that looks to the future. It does not predict any immediate or powerful change, but it does predict hope and healing. This card suggests clarity of vision, spiritual insight. And, most importantly, that unexpected help will be coming, with water to quench your thirst, with a guiding light to the future. They might say you're a dreamer, but you're not the only one.
