Just a simple, laid back country boy, trying to make a living in the big city life! Is it working? Sometimes I wonder....
I have no social life, and have consequently become a poster child for Hooters. I'm a regular in Anaheim, and will usually find the closest one to where ever I happen to be traveling to stop for a visit. My collection of Hooters merchandise is extensive.
Until recently, I owned my own home in Garden Grove, right around the corner from Old Town (and the park that they have the Strawberry Festival each year). Now, I'm renting an apartment in Santa Ana, right around the corner from work.
I love to travel, though don't get to do it nearly as much as I would like, and I love music. I've been to the ACM's a couple of times and would like to start going again. I also try to attend Country Thunder in Arizona when I can. Four days of country music - does it get any better??? Ok, don't answer that - it was a rhetorical question! Technology tends to come easily to me. I understand how all of these electronic gadgets work (individually and together) without any formal training (aside from VICA in high school).
For a hobby, I carve pumpkins. Yes, I realize that it's a mostly seasonal hobby, but that's ok. I make a little money on the side from it each year, and was considering making some sort of a business out of it; but now I'm having second thoughts.
