About Me

I've seen my life in all variety of shambles. These days I'm down right good, and it's getting better all the time. I don't have a lot of regrets about the things that have come and gone. I take stock of my decisions that they brought me where I am now.
I consider myself a realistic optimist.
These days I feel most at home in the passenger seat of my car, out in the woods/up in the mountains, and in a couple of my favorite places around the areas I grew up in.
I think at best life in general is about enjoying it as best as anyone can. All we really get is time, it's the only thing being born really entitles a person to.
I'm a little different as girls go. I have no problems with a little grime, and I actually get why someone might want to spend days, weeks, months, in places with little to no running water. I like reading Kerouac, Hornby, and Coupland. I've never owned a pair of heels, in fact I own all of 3 pairs of shoes, 4 if you count sandals. I consider myself a good friend, if someone gets past my initial over-exuberance with new people, I try to pride myself in a scarcely found loyalty to the people I trust.

Marketing can Kill

argueably the best marketing tool ever was the idea for internet ads to have you shoot at something or 'hit' something and win a prize. It's so tempting. Everytime I see one, I know, I'm well aware ...
