Jonnie's thoughts about his life!..
I know what it is to feel lost, I am lost now. I used to live safely within myself, but not anymore. I used to be comfortable with my environment, but not anymore. I used to trust that people would always do the right thing, but not anymore. I used to trust that I myself always knew the right way about life, but not anymore. As I grow up and as I learn the realities of life, my disappointment grows.
All my life I can remember friends, family, or whom ever knew me, they would ask, "why are you always so happy Jonnie?" They really didn't know? I didn't understand why ask me that question? I'm thinking why aren't people happy all the time? But awww, now that I've taken on more responsibilities, I understand. Life is hard for everybody, no exceptions. I never took things serious enough to worry about it, fortunately that hasn't changed. I keep busy training in Ninjitsu, working-out at Golds Gym, surfing the Pacific Ocean with friends, I love to run with my iPod under the cover of darkness, but most of all I am a Ravin Fanatic! I am learning to keep my balance, take smaller steps,, and yes,, occasionally I do fall,, but I get up, I dust myself off and I move forward. Mistakes must be made so that we may learn, we all know that, so why worry? I have to tell you that I am still always smiling, always laughing and enjoying every moment of my life. It's still a joy to be alive.
I still gaze at the universe knowing that I am the energy that lights the stars and the moon. My love for everything that I see, that I do and that I accomplish grows stronger and stronger. But I am no different than any of you; I am always under attack from the hate in our world. But I am indestructible.
It's still a fine day today, I still open my windows and I know how to see through the pain. You decipher the meaning of life when you value your own and care about others, only then will you truly feel happy! ... SINCERELY, Jonnie
