Im just a southern girl who wants to live forever. I have a wonderful man in my life who is also my best friend. I have 5 beautiful, very individual children ranging from 7 to 24 as well as a beautiful granddaughter Kaniah Lee born Sep 27,2007. I love them all more than life itself! My 12 yr old has mild CP and autistic tendencies so alot of time goes to her as I still homeschool her. Ive made some mistakes in my life but have no regrets. Every experience we have in life shapes us for the next as long as we strive to learn something from it. I was raised in the beautiful Va.country, I love everything about the outdoors. I love with all my heart and soul. Im not perfect but I do believe that perfection is attainable. Jesus was a man, a perfect man. I believe we should learn from our mistakes and always strive to be the best we can be. We should be honest with ourselves as well as others. We should give more than we take. We should be thankful for what we do have, not dissatisfied w/what we dont. We should treat others as we ourselves want to be treated but know they wont all treat us the same way back. We should have forgiveness, not only for others but for ourselves as well. We should laugh out loud and smile alot because those things are contagious and good. We should live each day like its our last because in fact we never do know when that day might be. We should hold onto the ones we love for dear life and never take them for granted or let them go. We should treasure each and every small moment of happiness and togetherness and smiles and hugs. In the end, thats what counts the most anyway~precious memories~. Happiness is w/in ourselves. I thank God every day for all that I have experienced and learned in life and for all the friends & loved ones Ive ever had for they are who have made me into who I am today. God promises to never give us more than we can bear and it is most often when we least likely expect it that He answers our prayers, sometimes in small subtle ways, occasionally in very bold and beautiful ways but always when its His time.
