Contact Box Generated from www....netLets see here, I just turned 30 in April of 2008. Most people seem to be afraid of getting older but I embrace it! I was truly excited to turn 30 and start a new decade in my life. My 20's were too much of an uncontrolled roller-coaster ride that I was ready to finally disembark and move on. I started my 30's off with a birthday celebration in Vegas with my mom and 6 friends. I left them all behind one morning to go skydiving. That jump at 12,000 feet really brought me back to life. I think I may have to take up skydiving and get certified now. Other ways I am welcoming my 30's is to do something new and different every month - something I've never done before or always said I wanted to do but never followed through with. On that list are things like running Bloomsday for the first time, getting another tattoo, finally going bungee jumping, and the list goes on. Part of my never-changing personality are facts such as I am really into old VWs, of which you can view mine in my main photo album on here. Sometimes I still attend and enter my cars in VW-only car shows for the social aspect and if I can still pull an award out of one of my old cars, then cool. My idea of an ideal vaction is camping solo with the dog, or attending a motorcyle rally with my family. Yes, I ride my own bike. I would like to get a conoe or kayak but I don't have a way to get said vessel to the water at present. So someday I'll get a canoe, hopefully. As I get older, I become more comforatble being a homebody and not partaking in the local nightlife - I realised how much more I prefer the company of my dog out by the pond rather than the drunken idiots in the bars. I do charity work with my family in memory of my brother, Sean, who died at the age of 27 from cancer. He was a huge inspiration in how to live life! I get along well with most people and tend to tell things like they are. I do speak my mind openly and sometimes that gets me in trouble. But I am who I am and nothing in this world will change me. I'd like to meet:

One can never have too many friends! I'd like to find old friends, keep in touch with current friends and maybe meet some new friends. (In fact, in the couple of years since I created this page, I have met many wonderful people and made some great new friends.) I am very independant, seek adventure, and am willing to try new things and I expect my friends to do the same. I hope you have a good sense of humor and patience though, as I tend to require that in my life. Oh and I don't like people to sugar-coat things - honesty is my policy but don't be an A$$ about it either. Are you prepared to be my friend?
