Kindred Spirits is a collective of 4 individuals expressing their views on the status quo through art. ADR, Numrus, Lotus, and Substense, though from diverse cultural backrounds, came together in 2005 after realizing that they all shared a common vision... Meditate All to Suppress Hate. With music being one of the most powerful mediums on the planet, and it's composition a widely practiced form of meditation, they decided to '...bring a bit of balance with their talents, like an eagle got a vision and it's sharper than the talons...' Each One contributes creative thought provoking lyrics laced with the angelic vocals of Lotus. Their expression is a mixture of Hip Hop, Drum 'n' Bass, Spoken Word, and R&B. With globally concious content and an infectious vibe, they are a much needed source of relief from today's monotonous mainstream. Keep your ears to the streets!
