About Me

Star Wars fangirl/geek married to a Dr. Who geek, raising three doomed-to-geekhood kids (my 12-year-old already knows more about Star Wars than I do, thanks to all the extended universe stuff he's read). Not big on small talk in "real" life - I'm better on paper (or the computer screen, as the case may be).

Love a good laugh, yummy mixed drinks (yay for Cosmos!), Disneyland, playing video or board games, watching movies, reading, playing with my kids, and spending my free time with my husband. Am thrilled to bits with my Sirius satellite radio (especially The Big 80s, Talk Left, 1st Wave and Classic Rewind channels).

Not a big fan of reality tv, American Idol, most rap, hip-hop and just about every bit of current pop 'music.' There is a special circle in hell reserved for those responsible for "My Humps."

Since all the cool kids are doing it, here's "Meez":

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Abraham Lincoln, John Lennon, Ewan McGregor, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Sarah Vowell, Kevin Smith, Jesus (there are some neo-cons I'd like to introduce him to), Mozart, Eddie Izzard, Jon Stewart, Stephen Colbert, Bruce Campbell, Arnold Judas Rimmer, Death (Not a bad guy once you get to know him. And sooner or later, everyone gets to know him. (My favorite character in the "Discworld" series by Terry Pratchett), and the Nac Mac Feegle (also from the "Discworld" series. Crivens!).
