Junior Killa aka John Buck Wild was born on the island of Barbados to a mother from St.Lucia and a father from St.Vincent junior killa had a love for music from the age of 9 and adopted the Jamaican style of reggae music just because he wanted to be different from the other local dub artist at the time mean time while attending school he used to beat on the desk and perform for his class mates who also believed that he can make it big in the reggae industry so he started doing his own mix tapes with him in is home town at the time the pine killa’s first time on a stage also was in the pine for Errol Barrow Day where he interned a reggae competition which he also won this boosted his confidents even more .
When killa ended school he then started to focus on his career as an artist even more and where there was a jam he would be there to do his thing and rock the crown but even this was not all for him he wanted more so he started attending beach jams on browns beach and this he called the real jump start of his career and every Sunday on the beach he performed the most talked about bad man style tune with a Jamaican style after all word on the street was this guy has to be from jamaica no one could believe the one called junior killa was a bajan .But even doe he was getting the forward he wanted at the jams he wanted more he wanted his voice to be on the radio and tapes that is when he was link up with DJ Supa T from there the two worked together every versitly tape had a junior killa dub on it this was good for him his name was now getting more out there then he met up with peter coppin where he place the killa on a show in the night club called the after dark also from this time local producers started putting on riddims .1 year later supa t introduced killa to culprit who from then became his main producer and even up to this day still is .In 2001 the killa was advised by Peter Ram to join the soca game and he took it and sing his first soca song {mosquito bite me} the song got no air play and he quitted soca and went back to dub where he recorded his smash hit song up to this day in the same year called Them Get We Vex on his riddim he produced call the wood ants riddim on the riddim he also record a song with Jamaican dancehall supa star King Kong at this time he formed a label call KS-01 Records where he made riddims like Titanium, Top dog , Fast track and Ahzam just to name a few .In 2003 he retuned to soca with Gorg with a a hit song in the year called Boom Tic Tic from there the 2 formed the group the outpatients where the two did many his together .In 2007 was what u can call Junior Killa’s best year in soca when he had massive his a tune called Move From Round Me and 30 seconds of wuking which is to this day the shortest soca song in the world. Update : Killa is now abot to work on his 2nd movie called Dirty Dirty also about to drop a album by year end.email link for dubs
