I grew up in Montgomery AL, went to Auburn University, and went to the Art Institute of Colorado in Denver for culinary school. I worked as a chef in Denver for three years and then moved to Bham, AL to work as a wine rep. The wine business just wasn't for me so, I decided to go back to the kitchen where I belong. I worked for a very talented and respected chef in Bham and I now live in Asheville, NC working for a talented and well-respected chef here in the Asheville community. I try to get outdoors as often as possible with my dog and I go see as much live music as I possibly can...that's it in a nutshell!
