John Spiers is a kick-ass melodeon player currently playing in 3 line-ups; Bellowhead, Spiers & Boden and Eliza Carthy's Ratcatchers. In the new 2006 Folk Awards announced in February he has picked up 5 nominations for awards. You can also find John quite often playing in the legendary Half-Moon folk sessions in Oxford on a Sunday.Over the next year, John will be doing some work on a solo dance album.
