Myself and Luke, aka BigGayBear, Have finally purchased the tickets for a trip around the world. We depart on the 1st of April (fool on us) for 12 months, starting in Vancouver, Canada.
I have to say its quite crazy feeling of excitement, fear and an all round feeling of what's to be.... But most of all I just cant wait to start, so people here's a rough plan of our travel plans below and if you find yourself in any of the locations at the same time look us up...
1st April - Vancouver,
Travel across land to Toronto where we fly out on the 30th April
30th April - Venezuela
Travelling across land through Colombia, Peru (maybe Ecuador), Bolivia, and Chile
Where going to be in South America for about 3 month and I don't know how great the communications going to be so keep an eye out for any stories about two English lad being kidnapped by drug lords, it could be us.
1st August - New Zealand.
Now after the trek that we will have just do we've decided to have a nice break over hear, get a bit of part time work and get to know the locals. We've said we will want to stay here for about 6 months or so but anything can happen. you'll be pleased to know that our communication will be back up so expect some updates.
1st January - Australia.
Now we might be here in December as the idea of new year in Sydney is very appealing indeed so watch this space. A good couple of month in Oz land me thinks!!
1st March - Thailand
Finishing the tour off in Thailand will be brilliant. Some more tropical weather, full moon parties and the time to chill and reflect of the past 12 months before returning to England for the next big decisions.
That's it return to England on the 31st March 2008. Luke and I as you probably guest will be setting up a joint myspace account just so you know exact where we're at.
