About Me

I was born in Roanoke, Virginia. Being raised by a musician, music has been in my life for as long as I can remember. As a child, I sang in church and in competitions. Eventually I became the drummer for the church band. Once I got into high school I joined the drumline and jazz band. During my tenure in the church and school music programs I won numerous awards. I started playing piano and writing around the age of 15. I started playing professionally right out of high school. When I was 19 I landed a gig playing drums for country music artist, Keith Bryant. It has been my biggest and longest running gig thus far. Now, at 23, I am a seasoned professional. In 2007 I got a day "gig" at a local music store as a teacher/salesman. I am enjoying working there and learning another side of the music business. I also enjoy the country gig, but I am always wondering what my next gig will be. The next big move for me is stepping into a studio again to record some new material. With my next batch of songs I hope to really catch people’s attention. I guess we will see.....
