Poler Bear

About Me

Bradley and Shawnathan met when they were six. They discovered they were long-lost cousins. When Bradley got tired of roller-hockey and Shawnathan got tired of building plastic models, they decided to play music together.

One day they recorded a song called Indian Bing. Then the next year they decided to make an album in Shawnathan's studio. It is called Poler's Recess. (Their good friend, Jared Falk, took care of all the drumming on the album) Now Bradley and Shawnathan call themself Poler Bear.

More history on the word 'Poler' and on the 'Poler's Recess' can be found here .

A New Song (of sorts)

Hi. I put a new song on here. It's called Pianorifle. It's (of sorts) because it's not really of Poler Bear, only Poler, or Bear. I made it so that it could be good for film. I've been doing that ...

Myspace is just nicer on the eyes than facebook.

I dunno. No one reads these things now, we just sit around installing and removing weird programs on our facebooks, of late. But this old Poler Bear myspace page has really been a 'haw-ride'. We ma...

Hi. Well, today I was busy being a drone (I do enjoy the job) making walls as square and as fast as possible while listening to the buzz of saws and a detuned radio (no fridges), though I was really ...
