I'm very into music, have been since I was a child. Love to learn about it and to grow more within it. Love fashion, would love to design one day. I love great films and books you can't put down. I love children and all my family and good friends!! Love swimming, hot white sandy beaches, art, theatre and shopping. I'm very fortunate to have sung with some of the greats: Eric Clapton-I toured and recorded with Eric for about 5 years and cowrote his hit "Lay Down Sally", as well as a popular song off the same record [slowhand] called, "the core". I used to be in a band called "Shakespear's Sister" back in the '90's. I was vocally featured on our biggest hit, which I also cowrote, called, "Stay". it was number one in the uk for 8 consecutive weeks. I adopted the name, Marcella Detroit during my Shakespear's Sister days. After I left Shakespear's Sister, I went on the do a few solo cd's under the name Marcella Detroit. They are, "Jewel", "feeler", "Dancing Madly Sideways". I've recently been working with a uk based band called "LoverushUK" who have done a cd called, "Plethora". my single from that cd is called, "mystery to me" and was released, digitally only, on April 30th.
