shows worth watching t.v. for...crucial.
i am always in the middle of like ten different books...i've been in the middle of "The Communist Manifesto" for two years now. seriously. in the middle of 3 a.t.m. tried and trues: "To Kill a Mockingbird", "Wuthering Heights", "The Outsiders", a lot of school required shit i took to. i have read everyone of Dan Brown's books, a lot of J.D. Salinger, Jack Kerouac, Vonnegut, Jr., Hunter S. Thompson, Diana Gabaldon's series. i primarily read autobiographies or bios (my fav: "Natasha" about Natalie Wood, "Thing of Beauty" about the supermodel Gia, "No One Here Gets Out Alive" about Jim Morrison, and absolutely every single one that has ever been written about Marilyn Monroe...i've read them all, i swear). i read a lot of historical fiction, French literature, plays (love Arthur Miller, Tennessee Williams, Moliere, Oscar Wilde, Charles Dickens, Shakespeare, Neil Simon...), Greek mythology and astrology books, true crime non-fiction, and when necessary (ugh!), textbooks. if i'm having to pick a favorite book, one only, hands down it's Fitzgerald's "The Great Gasby" and thanks to my little brother, Justin, these two have been added to my fav list: Frank Miller's "300" and Claypool's "South of the Pumphouse"....oh, and my Philosophy 2010 textbook. the teacher made his own and it is brilliant, i READ a textbook for FUN. yeah, i know.
the tough line of exceptional broads in my fam that preceded me. especially my D'ma.
