Anything by Tim Burton (esp. Cabin Boy) but excluding Planet of the Apes, The Fifth Element, Braveheart/The Patriot (Mel Gibson = the fucking man), Beverly Hills Cop (before Eddie Murphey sucked), Pirates of the Caribbean, Harry Potter( yeah I'm a tool), Team America, and just about any horror movie made between 1980 - 1993...ahhh the good ole days of B horror movies
Not too much on tv these days, R.I.P. Rocko's Modern Life and Ren n Stimpy, and forget not the old school Spiderman and X-Men as well as Angry Beavers...but good stuff can still be found: Metalocalypse, Sealab 2021, Family Guy, American Dad, Futurama, That 70's Show, and of course the cartoon that was too morbid for those nickelodeon bastards to handle, the great Invader Zim!
The immortal Dark Tower series by Stephen King....in fact just about anything by Stephen King is ok with me (except Gerald's Game), Life Expectancy by Dean Koontz (yeah he can have his moments), 1984 and Animal Farm by George Orwell, L Morte D'Arthur by Sir Thomas Mallory, and Douglas Preston / Lincoln Child are two very talented authors (check out Relic, Cabinet of Curiosities, Still Life with Crows, and Brimstone for some good reads)...and anything else that can keep me into th story which excludes the following authors: Jane Austen, Ernest Hemmingway, and Virginia Wolfe... you dry no talent pieces of shit, rot in Dante's Ninth Circle of Hell!
Any musician who plays for the simple pleasures of playing music, and who play for themselves and do not conform to what th fans and industries demand of them, and any band who has worked their asses off to get where they are now
